Isle Royale National Park has the unique qualification of being the least visited National Park in the contiguous 48. It makes sense, it's a remote island on the Northern Shore of Lake Superior with very few modern amenities. Isle Royale National Park covers an area of 894 square miles where it is renown for it's moose and wolf population, providing vast research to biologists. Additionally, Isle Royale is home to Moose Boulder, the largest island in the largest lake on the largest island in the largest lake on the largest island in the largest lake in the world.
